Our mission 

“Our mission is to provide top-notch sports performance training to today’s youth athletes.”

How do we do this?

  • Deliver great coaching!
    • All our coaches have a strong exercise science background and are trained rigorously to teach great form and technique.
  • Collegiate and Pro level fully equipped training facility.
    • Now great training facilities don’t matter without the people in them! On the other hand our setting allows us to teach running, jumping, and lifting techniques all under one roof!
  • Screen and evaluate every athlete that walks through the door.
    • This process allows us to prescribe proper weight and exercise selection to deliver the best results!

Our High School Athletic Development Program (ADP)

  • 90 Minute Training Sessions
    • Incorporates running, jumping, lifting, conditioning and injury prevention techniques
  • 3, 2, and 1 day per week training frequency.
  • Available Training Slots:
    • Mon/Wed/Fri 3:30-5pm
    • Mon/Wed 3:30-5pm
    • Tue/Thur 6-7:30pm
    • Mon/Wed 6-7:30pm

Our Middle School Athletic Development Program (ADP)

  • 75 minute training sessions
    • Incorporates running, jumping, lifting, conditioning and injury prevention techniques.
  • 2 or 1 day per week training frequency.
  • Monday through Thursday 7-8:15 pm training
