New Service Offer: Semi-Private Sessions at Driven!

Driven will now be offering Semi-Private Training!

Beginning on March 6, 2023, Driven Strength and Fitness will now offer semi-private training in addition to our normal group training and one on one personal training. Semi-private training will be offered as follows, with the intent to add additional times in the future: Beginning on March 6, 2023, Driven Strength and Fitness will now offer semi-private training in addition to our normal group training and one on one personal training. Semi-private training will be offered as follows, with the intent to add additional times in the future: 

  • Adult Clients
    • Tuesday & Thursday 6am
    • Tuesday & Thursday 11am
  • Youth Athlete Clients
    • Tuesday & Thursday 6pm

What is Semi-Private training?

Semi-private training is different from small-group training. Each client in semi-private coaching has their own individualized program. Members don’t have to be doing the same program, same phase of the program or have the same goals to train at the same time with the same coach. This will be a smaller group than our group training with a maximum of 4 clients per coach.

What is the focus of  this new program?

  • Individual needs that aren’t fully addressed in our group training
    • Additional Mobility and strengthening exercises
    • Use of different exercises/techniques that cannot be applied to larger groups
  • Individual fitness goals and needs 
    Injury modifications
  • Onboarding new clients and preparing them for group training
