What we do in our Private and Semi-Private Sessions

Semi-private (between 2-4 individuals) training is a great introduction to the foundations of strength training. Within the semi-private group, individuals can receive a more personalized approach to their specific needs and restrictions.

We utilize our movement screening process to provide us a road map for our clients success within the gym and in their own personal fitness and injury prevention goals. 


What to expect?

  • Address individual mobility or movement issues
  • Utilize modifications and/or corrective exercises
  • Work to improve personal performance goals 
     

 If you are someone who has very specific performance goals or are looking for assistance in getting back from an injury, then our semi-private training may be just what you need.
