We’re excited to kick off Phase 3 of our Athletic Development Program, and Day 1 is all about setting the foundation for success. Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect:



What are we training to do?


🏃 Build Upon Phase 2:

We’ll be taking the speed and jumping mechanics you mastered in Phase 2 to the next level.


💪 Increase Force Absorption: 

In sports, athletes must be able to absorb high levels of force effectively.


💪 Boost Isometric Strength

 Building strength in this phase of the lift will make a significant impact on your maximal strength.


🏥 Address Common Weaknesses: We’ll focus on shoring up weak points in movements to prevent injuries.
