Our Athletic Development Program is in full swing, and we’re thrilled to share what’s in store for Day 2 of Phase 3.



What are we training to do?


🏃 Build Upon Phase 2:

We’ll be taking the speed and jumping mechanics you mastered in Phase 2 to the next level.


💪 Increase Force Absorption: 
In sports, athletes must be able to absorb high levels of force effectively.


💪 Boost Isometric Strength: 
Building strength in this phase of the lift will make a significant impact on your maximal strength.


🏥 Address Common Weaknesses: 
We’ll focus on shoring up weak points in movements to prevent injuries.


💪 Day 2 Phase 3 Exercises

  • 🔥 SL bound and hold
  • 🔥 Push, Push & Stick
  • 🔥 Partner Mirror Shuffle
  • 🔥 ½ kneeling lat. start w/ 10 yard comeback 
  • 🔥 Iso Power Clean
  • 🔥 Triple Jump
  • 🔥 Iso Bench Press
  • 🔥 Eccentric Single leg squat
