Our next athlete is Dylan Walsh, a freshman at Downingtown East. Dylan plays club soccer at Penn Fusion and also runs track and plays soccer at his high school. Since Dylan started here in November, he’s made significant improvements in his strength.
- His Back Squat improved to 155 lbs.
- Dylan also improved both his Bench Press and Power Clean maxes to 100 lbs.
With another quarter here, we expect to see much greater development with his power and speed!
Dylan is a great athlete and has so much potential.
