Our Adult Group Training Clients just finished up with their 12 weeks of progressive training. Each phase of the training was designed to elicit different fitness adaptations with the final six weeks being geared towards expressing strength and testing conditioning.
Here are some of the movements that we look at within our test week
- Back Squat
- Bench Press
- Trapbar Deadlift
- 1000 Meter Row
It is important to test periodically and establish where each individual’s ceiling is, so we can work towards new fitness goals and increase their fitness levels in the process.
While there were plenty of new personal records set throughout the week, we could not possibly fit them all into one video.
