We hope you’ve had an amazing summer full of progress! As we gear up to transition into our next phase, we’re excited to share important updates and opportunities that await you:

🔹 Summer Session Makeups: Missed a class during the summer? No worries! We’ve got you covered with makeup sessions available. Please see the modified schedules below!

     ☑️ All sessions 60 minutes
     ☑️ All time slots available to all athletes
         🕐 M, T, Th, F –   8-9 AM
         🕐 M to Th      –   10-11 AM
         🕐 M to Th      –   6-7 PM

🔹 Goal Reviews: It’s time to check in on your fitness goals! Our coaches are here to sit down with you, review your progress, and adjust your plan to align with your evolving aspirations. Let’s ensure you’re on track for success!

🔹 Additional Sessions Available: We’re opening up more session slots to accommodate your training needs. Whether you’re looking for an extra push or want to explore new training times, we’re here to provide flexibility and convenience.

🏫  High School & Middle School Training Programs: Get ready to dive into the Fall Training Season! Our programs for high school and middle school athletes are designed to enhance performance, strength, and skill. Don’t miss out on securing your spot for this empowering season of growth.

Choose from training frequencies of 1x, 2x, or 3x per week, depending on your availability and goals.

      a. 3X High School (90 minutes)

      b. 2X High School (90 minutes)

      c. 2X Middle School (75 minutes)

      d. 1X Middle School (75 minutes)

      e. 1X MS/HS In-Season Recovery Session


🚫 Important Note: No Adult Group Training on 8/18/23

Please be advised that there will be no Adult Group Training session on Friday, August 18th, 2023. This session is canceled due to an employee event. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
