We’ll be taking the speed and jumping mechanics you mastered in Phase 3 to the next level.

💪 Translate from Force Absorption to Max Force Production:

In the previous phase we focused on absorbing force eccentric and isometric

🔥 Increased Maximal Strength and Power:

We are trying to maximize strength and power output leading up to end of season testing

🏃‍♂️ 45 Degree Bound

🏃‍♂️ 1-2 Stick

🏃‍♂️ Shuffle to Crossover to Sprint

🏃‍♂️ Pro Agility Shuttle (5-10-5)

🏃‍♂️ Power Clean

🏃‍♂️ Triple Jump

🏃‍♂️ Bench Press w/ Chains

🏃‍♂️ Single Leg Squat
