Welcome to Day 1 of Phase 4 in our Athletic Development Program! We hope you’ve been enjoying your journey thus far and are ready to take your athletic abilities to new heights.Here’s to provide you an overview of what you can expect in this phase and the specific exercises for our session.

WHAT ARE WE TRAINING TO DO?

🏃 Build Upon Phase 3:

We’ll be taking the speed and jumping mechanics you mastered in Phase 3 to the next level.

💪 Translate from Force Absorption to Max Force Production:

This phase is all about translating from force absorption to maximum force production, enabling you to unleash your full athletic potential.

🔥 Increased Maximal Strength and Power:

Throughout the previous phase, we emphasized the absorption of force, both eccentric and isometric. In Phase 4, we’re switching gears to enhance your maximal strength and power. This prepares you for the end-of-season testing where you can showcase your newfound abilities.
