There are a couple components to getting faster. While genetics are the main factor in speed these are the things we do to make each athlete as fast as possible!

– This will make you more efficient and aerodynamic.

Increase foot and ankle strength
– Your foot is the only part of your body that touches the ground! This canβt be a weak link if you want to be fast.

π Weighted Spring Ankle Exercises

Β Finally increasing each athleteβs overall strength.
– This will increase their power output their body can generate. These two exercises are staples of our Athletic Development Program.
