  • 👊 Chin up Hold
    • ✅ Slowly increase your hold time over a few weeks
  • 👊 Eccentric Chin Up
    • ✅ Progress by increasing the number of reps
    • ✅ Increase the eccentric time, building the strength needed for the ascent.
  • 👊 3 Position hold on eccentric 
    • ✅ Enhance your control and strength by pausing at three positions during the lowering phase: at the top, one-third of the way down, and two-thirds of the way down.
  • 👊 Assisted Concentric Chin up
    • ✅ Partner up for light assistance during the pulling phase.
    • ✅ Avoid bands due to varying tension.
