Happy Labor Day Weekend again!

As we honor the hard work and dedication of laborers everywhere, we also want to extend our appreciation to all of you for your dedication to athleticism, fitness, and well-being.

As a reminder, please be aware of the modified schedules for this coming Monday. We’ve adjusted our hours to ensure you can still fit in your training schedules amidst the holiday festivities:

Please take a moment to review our modified schedules for the Labor Day weekend:

Monday 9 /4/23 
– 8 & 9am Adult Group Training
– 10am ADP (All Levels)

**If you are a Monday Athlete and unable to attend, you can come Tuesday 9/5.

We hope you enjoy the long weekend and take some time to relax and recharge.
