Athlete Highlight: Seamus Connell

Why did we choose Seamus? 

Seamus hasn’t missed any training sessions since August 15th. He brings a positive attitude to the gym  and shows great self motivation. Seamus, who trains in our High School training group, is only 14.  We expect big things from him  in the future!

What has he achieved so far?

Squat – Increased 20lbs

Bench Press – Increased 15lbs

Hang Clean – gained proficiency and learned good technique
