Want to improve your golf game?


Let’s talk about one of our adult clientele’s favorite activities…golf! Do you have to be in elite shape to be good at golf? No, (i.e. John Daly) but it does require some athlete attributes in order to perform well and reduce your risk of injury.


Here is a list of categories and exercises/stretches for each to improve your game:

Rotational Power – Lateral Medball Toss


Glute and Hamstring Strength – Romanian Deadlift (RDL)


Upper Back Strength – Pull-ups or Lat Pull-down


Core Stability – Palof Press


Thoracic Spine Flexibility – T-Spine Rotation


Hip Mobility – Pigeon Stretch
