It’s been another crazy year! Perhaps things will settle down in 2022 and we can all get back on track. When things are unpredictable, it is very difficult to set goals and stay focused. So what can you do?

Lately, the team here at Driven has been talking about S.M.A.R.T goals.

Prioritize a few things that matter in your life (work, school, fitness, etc.) and build a plan by making S.M.A.R.T goals. Better yet, write them down, tell some family members, friends, or a coach about your goals so you are more likely to follow through.

As a coaching business, our mission is to provide everyone who walks through the door with superior coaching in some or all of the following:

  • Exercise demonstration or correction
  • Weight selection
  • Modifications and adjustments as needed

Our S.M.A.R.T goal for 2022 is that every client will receive individual coaching at every training session by the assigned coach no matter what program they are registered for this year. We will be using our text surveys (adults) and post-workout surveys (athletes) to help us measure our progress.
