One big staple of our athletic development program is plyometric “jump” training. These training techniques enable your body to produce force rapidly.
You can use this training in so many different ways like:

✅ Jumping in different directions
✅ Switching between double, single, and alternating leg jumps
✅ Adding throws and runs to jumps
