What In-Season Training Will (and Won’t) Look Like

image 3

Hi Parents,

A common concern we hear is:

“I don’t want my athletes to be tired for games.”

That’s exactly why in-season training is different from off-season training.

What we focus on:

• Lower total volume

• Quality movement

• Shoulder, core, and hip health

• Recovery support

What we avoid:

• Maxing out lifts

• High-rep burnout workouts

• Leaving athletes sore or exhausted

Most athletes tell us they feel looser, stronger, and more prepared after training—not drained.
