I just got back from Scottsdale, AZ, where I attended the “Intern to All-Star” conference hosted by the Business of Strength.
Why did I go? I needed clarity on how to help my staff grow and thrive within our facility.
What I got:
– Real support from other gym owners who are fighting the same battles
– A clear roadmap for staff development and progression
– Practical strategies to get everyone on the team aligned and rowing in the same direction
And yes—I managed to squeeze in a Phillies game while sweating through 110° heat.
Now, with renewed focus and direction, it’s time to apply what I’ve learned and elevate our game.
