We are so proud of all our athletes and their accomplishments, but today we are spotlighting two of the hardest working members of the gym, Liam Quinn and Olivia Fanelli.
We chose Liam and Olivia because they embody what a “Driven Athlete” is supposed to be. Both consistently attended nearly ALL of their sessions over the past 15 weeks, they improved on almost every benchmark and brought their best effort every session.
Some of the highlights of this past week’s testing for Olivia:
  • improved vertical jump by 3 inches
  • improved broad jump by 5 inches
  • improved her shuttle run conditioning by 2 seconds
Some of Liam’s improvements this week:
  • improved vertical jump by 3 inches
  • improved broad jump by 5 inches
  • improved back squat by 50 lbs (!)
Olivia
How long have you been at Driven?
I have been working out at Driven since January of this year.
What do you like most about Driven?
I love how Driven has coaches that give instruction when I didn’t even know I needed it. This has helped me improve my form and allowed me to increase my weight on exercises. I have gotten much stronger and have become a better athlete because of Driven.
What motivates you?
I am motivated the most by my current teammates and my future college teammates. I want to be the best and I’m willing to put in the work. The Driven coaches motivate me and push every one of us to excel and go past our limits.
Liam
How long have you been at Driven?
I have been attending Driven since the summer after 8th grade.
What do you like most about Driven?
There are two main things that set Driven apart from other gyms. First, the team environment is both fun and motivational. Second, the staff is exceptional. They also motivate me as well as make sure that my form is perfect so I don’t injure myself.
What motivates you?
My faith and my family is my motivation as well as my desire for excellence and improvement as a person.
