ADULT FUNCTIONAL GROUP TRAINING

“Our adult functional group training is a highly coached small group setting that focus’ on mobility, functional strength, and conditioning. We specialize in dealing with the common back pain, shoulder problems, and nagging issues the average adult deals with.”

  • This program is offered 2, 3, 4, or 5 days per week depending on your training level and availability.

  • Time sessions are offered M-F 6am, 7am, 9am, 5pm, and 6:30pm(M-Th only). MWF 12pm and Sat/Sun at 8 and 9am.

  • Our session is a 60 minute workout with 10 minutes of mobility and flexibility worked followed by 35-40 minutes of high intensity functional movement focusing on strength, core stability, and muscle building.

  • Each workout finishes with 10-15 minutes of conditioning to increase heart rate and burn fat. 

  • Our goal for each client is to increase mobility to decrease risk of injury, to increase their strength to make daily tasks easier, and to improve their overall conditioning to lower body fat and improve quality of life.
