✅ The knee is a stable joint that likes support from its surround muscles such as:

   ???????? Quads (Flex knee)

   ???????? Hamstrings (extend knee)

   ???????? Adductors 

   ???????? Abductors


❗️One movement that is a staple of our programming is abductor exercises. Your medius glute medius is a knee stabilizing muscle that prevents valgus motion and take tension off of the kneecap.            

✅  This exercise progression isolates the glute medius and progresses in difficulty.

   ???????? Band Walks

   ???????? Side Plank

   ???????? Side Plank with leg lifts
