✅ The knee is a stable joint that likes support from its surround muscles such as:

   👉🏼 Quads (Flex knee)

   👉🏼 Hamstrings (extend knee)

   👉🏼 Adductors 

   👉🏼 Abductors


❗️One movement that is a staple of our programming is abductor exercises. Your medius glute medius is a knee stabilizing muscle that prevents valgus motion and take tension off of the kneecap.            

✅  This exercise progression isolates the glute medius and progresses in difficulty.

   👉🏼 Band Fall-ins

   👉🏼 Band Walks

   👉🏼 Side Plank

   👉🏼 Side Plank with leg lifts
