This is a fantastic opportunity to evaluate and witness the results of your hard work and dedication over the summer months. Let’s dive right into the details for Day 1 Testing.

📌 DAY 1 TESTING HIGHLIGHTS

    1️⃣  Front Squat – High School (Eccentric Front Squat)

    2️⃣  Vertical Jump- All Athletes

    3️⃣  Flying 20’s – All Athletes

    4️⃣  Chin Ups (Use also Pull-up) – High School
