❗How Our Athletes Get Faster this Fall? ????‍♀️????‍♂️❗

There are a couple components to getting faster. While genetics are the main factor in speed these are the things we do to make each athlete as fast as possible!

✅ Improve their running technique
– This will make you more efficient and aerodynamic. 
???? PVC Oh Snapdowns
???? Push and Recover

✅ Add resistance to their runs
– Adding “light” will force your body to generate more force to move your body + resistance. 
???? Overspeed Training
???? Chain Res. Starts

✅ Increase foot and ankle strength
– Your foot is the only part of your body that touches the ground! This can’t be a weak link if you want to be fast. 
???? Single leg Pogo Jumps
???? Weighted Spring Ankle Exercises

✅ Finally increasing each athlete’s overall strength.
– This will increase their power output their body can generate. These two exercises are staples of our Athletic Development Program.
???? Front Squat w/ chains
???? Bench Press w/ chains
