  2. Improve Knee Stability
    -Band Fallins 
    -Single Leg RDL
  3. Improve Hip Mobility
    -Weighted Cossack Squat
    -Squat w/ T-Spine Rotation
  4. Improve Core Stability
    -Body Saws
    -Plank w/ KB Drag
  5. Improve T-Spine Mobility
    -½ kneeling wall open books
    -½ kneeling wall windmills
  6. Improve Shoulder Stability
    -floor I’s, Y’s,T,s w/ Pronation & supination
    -Plank scapular pushups
