- Power Clean: Achieved a solid 50 lbs increase
- Vertical Jump: Soared to new heights with a remarkable 4-inch increase
- Broad Jump: Expanded by an incredible 12 inches
- Flying 20-Yard Sprint: Sprinted faster with a noteworthy 0.5-second reduction
