Taylor hails from York, PA and recently graduated summa cum laude from West Chester University with a Bachelors degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. She hopes to combine her training expertise with her nutrition background to teach athletes how to eat for optimal athletic performance. Taylor is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She got her start in fitness by training with a local powerlifting team and “caught the bug”. When Taylor is not in the gym, she enjoys watching One Tree Hill and her guilty pleasure — ice cream.
