Driven Strength and Fitness provides top-notch sports performance training for today’s youth athletes. We use the latest training techniques to increase strength, speed, power, and conditioning while focusing on injury prevention. Our programming has a proven track record of improving athletic performance in a wide range of sports in both high school and collegiate athletes.
Driven also provides comprehensive fitness training and semi-personalized programs for adults. Using a combination of weight training, aerobic conditioning and flexibility exercises, adults will see improvements their strength and overall fitness. Driven is able to accomplish this with its small group methodology such that each client gets the attention they need.
