Our motivating instructors will keep your body moving and your heart pumping during these challenging 45-60 minute boot camp sessions. A wide variety of training methods are used, including HIIT and Tabata cardio, body-weight exercises, light dumbbells, bands, and plyometrics to burn maximal calories and strengthen and tone your entire body. Our instructors can modify these classes for clients of all fitness levels!
