Driven Strength and Fitness provides top-notch sports performance training for today’s youth athletes.
Driven also provides comprehensive fitness training and semi-personal programs for adults. Using a combination of weight training, aerobic conditioning and flexibility exercises, adults will improve their overall fitness.
Driven is able to accomplish this with its small group methodology such that each client gets the attention they need.
Driven uses sports specific exercises to increase strength, speed, and power for each athlete and programs are targeted to their individual needs. Our programming has a proven track record of improving athletic performance in a wide range of sports in high school and collegiate athletes.
